Alaska Libertarian Party Sues State Elections Officials

The Alaska Libertarian Party has filed a lawsuit against state elections officials. Alaska joins a list of states fighting to get a libertarian presidential candidate to appear on the general election ballot.

"When you’re out sitting in front of a grocery store and everybody’s wearing masks — I mean, having a smile to greet people and they’ll sit there and talk with you for a minute, was really strictly prohibited with the social distancing initially," -  Jon Watts

Jon Watts believes it should be a constitutional right for libertarian candidates to be listed. Watts is fighting for libertarians and other third parties to be listed on the presidential ballot.
