Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch Refused To Wear A Mask

 Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch refused to wear a mask during a proceeding. Gorsuch was asked by Chief Justice John Roberts and he still refused to put a mask on. 

Neil's mask refusal caused Sonia Sotomayor to attend the oral arguments remotely. Sotomayor has Diabetes and would be at a higher risk of illness if she contracted Covid-19.

Neil Gorsuch was the only one who refused Chief Justice John Roberts mask request.
